<sup>Horse Gods and Goddesses, known as Heavenlies, created a place they called Earth - they placed mortals upon this land they called Earth, for it was their canvas, to paint as they will.

One Goddess, Isis, said, "bring sun and gain for the north's gain; shades of green that none have seen; tropical birds who know our words and the north shall be beautiful again." And it became so; lush and green, with tropical plants and animals all around. The inhabitants of the North were very lucky, indeed.

One God, Chronos, said, "the south shall see many a sea, and hot and humid heights; where temperatures are raised sky high, and there is a soft breeze at night." And it came to pass that the South did become slightly more dry than the North, except for it's vast endless oceans - the desert with the undrinkable waters.

These two were foolish, however, and although they were related, they fooled around with each other - a foal was produced, so horribly mutated and of such disgusting lineage, that they banished him to Earth, hoping he would die. They underestimated this horrid brute, who they left unnamed. He grew and grew, and dubbed himself Balous.

The Heavenlies had placed down rules which they called Manna, and all was well until Balous showed up. He began tainting the pure mortals, and before long there was a brawl, the mortals evenly divided down the center. The dark ones led by Balous, the light ones led by two of the Heavenlies, sent to Earth to hold the Manna in place. They were called the Fates..

The Fate God, Haphaestus, slowly fell in love with the Fate Goddess, Pandora, so when she started acting strange around him, he didn't take it to heart. He figured she was confused with his obvious feelings of affection for her. He didn't know that Balous was getting to her. A war was fought, and Balous fell, but it was too late - Pandora was turned, and became the new leader of the dark horses. Haphaestus wept, and the Heavenlies wept, and they called those who stood by the Manna the Virtues. They called those who stood by Pandora the Fallen, and they called Pandora herself, the ex-Fate Goddess... The Fury.
